Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (calculated at checkout)
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by high-volume periods, weather or carrier disruptions, or an incorrect shipping address at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, wait 24 hours, then contact support@coffeehot.net.
