Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at CoffeeHot. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed condition
  • The item is not damaged due to customer misuse
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened K-Cup® pods or beverage packs
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@coffeehot.net with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Ship the item back to: 3101 W 22nd St, Panama City, FL 32405
  4. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (wrong item, defective product): we cover return shipping
  • Change of mind: customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
