Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping is 2–3 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 US states only. International shipping is not available at this time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Products

Are your K-Cup Pods authentic?

Yes, 100%. All products sold on CoffeeHot are authentic Keurig® products sourced from licensed wholesale distributors. We are not affiliated with Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., but all our inventory is genuine.

Are K-Cup Pods compatible with all Keurig machines?

Most standard K-Cup Pods are compatible with all Keurig 1.0 and 2.0 brewers. Please check your machine's compatibility before purchasing Keurig 2.0-specific products.

What is the shelf life of K-Cup Pods?

K-Cup Pods typically have a shelf life of 12–24 months. The best-by date is printed on each individual pod.

Can I return opened K-Cup Pods?

No. For hygiene and quality reasons, opened K-Cup Pods and beverage packs cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed boxes can be returned within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unopened, factory-sealed condition. Email support@coffeehot.net to initiate a return.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please contact support@coffeehot.net within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments — a PCI-compliant platform. We never store your full card numbers.
